Welcome to the Moodspace Team

We’re a passionate group of creatives, thinkers, and advocates brought together by a shared mission: to design spaces that support emotional wellness—and to spark deeper conversations around mental health.

At Moodspace, every room we curate is rooted in intention and emotion, designed to help people feel grounded, inspired, and seen.

This isn’t just about interiors—it’s about impact. And we’re here to build something that feels as good as it looks.

About the Founder

Caitlyn Kearns-Galeano

Founder & CEO

I founded Moodspace Method after a deeply transformative period in my life — one that revealed just how much our environment impacts our emotional well-being.

Throughout my professional journey, I experienced the invisible toll that mental health challenges can take — especially in high-pressure environments. I pushed forward like many high-achieving professionals, without realizing the cost to my clarity, energy, and peace.

During a major life transition, I found unexpected healing through interior design. As I began intentionally shaping my space — through color, light, layout, and texture — I wasn’t just decorating. I was creating something that helped me feel safe, grounded, and emotionally supported.

That process showed me something powerful: your home has the potential to regulate your nervous system, shift your mood, and become part of your healing.

Moodspace Method was created for people who want that, too.

Whether you’re looking to build a room that helps you feel more at ease, discover products thoughtfully curated for emotional wellness, or learn how leadership can better support mental health in the workplace — Moodspace Method is here to guide and inspire you.

We exist to:

  • Curate intentional spaces that support emotional well-being
  • Share honest, experience-based insights for those navigating mental health
  • Help leaders and companies reimagine care, performance, and workplace culture

Design can do more than look beautiful. It can help you feel better — and that’s the heart of Moodspace.

While not formally certified in interior design, the Moodspace Method™ was developed through lived experience, emotional recovery, and design instinct — and will be submitted for licensing as a proprietary method.

Our Team ✨

Moodspace Method may have started as my vision, but it wouldn’t be what it is without the incredible people beside me.

Every idea, every detail, and every step forward has been shaped by collaboration, creativity, and a shared belief in what we’re building. I’m deeply grateful to be surrounded by people who not only understand the heart behind this brand, but care enough to help bring it to life with intention.

This is the team behind Moodspace — and I couldn’t be more proud.
