Q&A

Q: What does emotionally intentional design mean to you?

A: To me, emotionally intentional design is the practice of curating a physical space—a room, a home, an office—not just for its aesthetic, but as an active tool for well-being. It’s about thoughtfully choosing every element, from color palettes and light to textures and flow, to create an environment that intentionally supports a desired emotional state, whether that's calm, focus, or healing. It's the bridge that turns a physical room into a supportive space for your mind.

Q: What personal value do you bring to the MoodSpace Method mission?

A:  My personal value is being the strategic bridge between the two powerful pillars of your mission: intentional design and mental health support. I can take the profound concept of creating healing spaces and translate it into a clear, resonant marketing strategy that speaks authentically to both individuals seeking a beautiful home sanctuary and leaders looking for empathetic ways to support mental health at work. I bring the structure needed to grow your 'movement' without losing the empathy and soul at its core.

Q: What mood do you most try to cultivate in your own life, and why?

A: In my own life, I most try to cultivate a mood of grounded presence. In a world that can feel relentless and distracting, being present and grounded allows me to navigate professional challenges with clarity and to create a truly supportive and calm space for my son and I. It's about consciously choosing focus and connection over chaos, which I believe is at the very heart of the Moodspace Method's philosophy of seeing the whole person.

Q: What’s one thing you hope people feel when they see our work?

A: The one thing I hope people feel is truly seen. Whether it's a leader struggling to support their team or an individual wanting their home to feel like a sanctuary, I want them to see your work and feel an immediate sense of, "Finally, someone gets it." It’s that feeling of being deeply understood and recognized as a whole person that builds the trust necessary for a movement to begin.
